Hunger is a child

Why so much hunger?

In order to answer this question, we need to ask other questions such as How much do I know about hunger and is what I know about hunger fact or fallacy?
and most important of all; What can I do? We, here, at Room In This Heart, have posed that question time and again, on this website, and we'll continue to pose it, and, we'll continue to try and provide you with the answers, if we can't answer then we'll point you in a direction, via the links, to websites that, we hope, can answer the question. For starters, the myths about hunger, first of all consider these three points:

(1) Hunger is not a myth, but myths keep us from ending hunger

(2) At least 700 million people do not have enough to eat

(3) Every year hunger kills 12 million children worldwide

Now, go to the 12 Myths of Hunger page at the Foodfirst website and see if any of the myths are part of your preconceived notions about hunger, and visit the other organisations listed on this page and throughout this website and decide who you want to help eradicate the greatest of all plagues, Hunger
